Rebecca Beall-Moore

President, Moore Value Consulting

Rebecca has over thirty years of experience in a combination of finance, banking, and nonprofit organizations which has allowed observation and interaction with management and leaders in various industries and organizational cultures in the United States.

Her banking background has fostered industry versatility spanning government, technology, manufacturing, professional services, and nonprofit organizations. She also co-owned the US operations of a global consultancy aimed at individual and organizational effectiveness. One of her core values is service to others. Rebecca currently serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at a nonprofit in the Denver, Colorado area as well as a member on a senior committee of another nonprofit. Current nonprofit board service and prior board roles have provided deep experience in board governance.

This interesting and varied background gives Rebecca a unique perspective of working within several different and extremely large, enterprise-sized organizations as well as small and mid-sized businesses. She learned how to couple the practical needs of cost containment and profit maximization across industries and businesses. She is well versed in the complexities—both functional and emotional—that drive business and organizational success.

Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with areas of interest in strategy and change management. Rebecca also has earned dual degrees of a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Spanish, also from the University of Colorado Boulder.
