Lynn Sanders

Lynn is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 15+ years of experience gained working in consultancy and within in-house roles for the BBC and Guardian News & Media.
She has worked with clients from a range of sectors and industries and her expertise covers many areas of talent management including coaching, facilitation, training design and assessment for selection and development.
Trained and accredited in a range of psychometric tools, including Hogan, NEO, MBTI and Wave Professional Styles, she is highly experienced in using these to aid assessment and development in organisations. The true nature of what strategic thinking really means and how organisations can make the best decisions really interests her and drew her to want to work with Bioss.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree (Mental Health) and an MSc in Occupational Psychology, both from the University of Nottingham. She is an accredited Career Path Appreciation Practitioner and has been working with BIOSS since 2014.
