Pavel Slezák

Pavel is an experienced organisational psychologist and consultant valued by clients for his expertise and insight but also for his ability to create and implement unique projects in the area of Talent Management and Organizational Development. He is also responsible for bringing Bioss methodologies to Central Europe.
After his graduation in psychology he worked as a therapist and trainer of soft skills. Gradually he got more and more interested in the world of organisations. He worked in HR of a large telco company, as a consultant and project manager in a consultancy. In 2006 he got inspired by Bioss and in 2008 he decided to bring Bioss approaches to our region. His work experience includes working with a wide range of organizations from small non-profit foundations to large multinational companies or state organizations.
He brings approaches that enable organisations to treat people as humans and not machines.
